Ortiz was 4th in this event last year and warmed up nicely for this year's renewal with a 7th place finish at LIV Greenbrier last week. All areas of his game were in nice shape last week, he ranked 4th for Greens in Regulation and 13th for Driving Accuracy. The rough is said to be up this week and staying out of the thick stuff will be imperative to setting up birdie opportunities. Ortiz is yet to win on LIV but he is a two time runner up and a PGA Tour winner so he can cross the line if he gets himself into contention.

Leishman was never in contention last week in Greenbrier after an opening round of 70. However, his next two rounds were much more encouraging. His stats also reflected an uptick in performance, improving his driving accuracy with each round and finishing the week 6th in Greens in Regulation. It's notable that Leishman has more often than not improved his finishing position on the 2nd week where LIV events are played back to back. His 3rd place finish in London coming on the back of a 29th place finish at Valderrama as the latest example. if he continues to drive the ball as he did towards the end of LIV Greenbrier, he will be a threat this week. Bernd Wiesberger made plenty of appeal at 66/1. The Austrian recorded his best LIV finish of 2023 at LIV Greenbrier last week and has started with a two unde rpar round of 69. Wiesberger jointly led the way for Greens in Regulation and was 2nd for driving accuracy. He is available at 66/1 with William Hill but that price is better than the rest of the market (generally 50/1) and may not last long.
LIV Bedminster Round 2 Bets

Johnson was impressive on day one, missing only two fairways and finding 15 of 18 greens in regulation. He stated in his post round interview that last week's 32nd place finish at Greenbrier (his second worst since joining LIV) was due to his dislike for the course rather than a reflection of where his game is. With that in mind, Johnson looks a good price to catch Smith.

Watson was three over par through his opening six holes but holed out with his 2nd shot on his ninth hole to bring himself back to level par. The former Masters champion would go on to pick up further shots coming in and has plenty of momentum coming into today's second round. Watson ranked 3rd for Greens in Regulation despite that horror start and he's an interesting price to continue to make progress. Take the 45/1 with Betfair/Bet365 if needed.
