Significant Info To Be Aware Of
We have now had three versions of this mixed sex event. It features 78 golfers from the DP World Tour alongside the same number from the Ladies European Tour (LET). There will only be one winner.
It is the first time we have seen this course on the DP World Tour since the 1980's. The course hosted LET events between 2013-2015 at the Helsenborg Open.
Course Quotes
"I haven’t been here before actually. Some tricky holes, a few off the tee and a few into the greens which are pretty narrow. I think it will be a pretty good test." Vincent Norrman
"It can be a bit windy. From the tees it is quite wide so you can try and hit it as far as you can which I like but then it comes down to in and around the greens and who holes the most putts." Linn Grant

2024 Volvo Scandinavian Mixed Round 3 Conditions
Windy with scattered showers.
2024 Volvo Scandinavian Mixed Round 4 Weather Bias?
The wind looks set to blow hard tomorrow with gust of 30-35mph and showers in the afternoon. It should be tricky for the whole field.
Round 4 Outright Market Summary
Sebastian Soderberg has opened up an eight shot lead and looks like he should sail to victory. It means from a betting perspective it is a bit of a dead event and we won't be getting any further involved.

2024 Volvo Scandinavian Mixed Round 2 Conditions
Players dealt with wind and rain mid afternoon but it cleared up nicely for some scoreable conditions in the afternoon.
2024 Volvo Scandinavian Mixed Round 3 Weather Bias?
The wind looks set to blow hard tomorrow with gust of 25-30mph all day. It should be tricky for the whole field.
Round 3 Outright Market Summary
Sebastian Soderberg continued his fine form to open up a three shot lead and he also holds a six shot lead over 4th place. Odds of evens look very short to us given the weather we're expecting over the weekend, with Sunday even tougher than tomorrow. As mentioned yesterday, Soderberg has been far from convincing front running so this will be a big test for him, although Laurie Canter was able to overcome his struggles last week.
Scott Jamieson and Julien Guerrier are far from strong closers and neither catch our eye at single figures, but the group on 8/9 under par offer a lot more encouragement at attractive prices.

2024 Volvo Scandinavian Mixed Round 1 Conditions
Cool conditions with a gentle breeze.
2024 Volvo Scandinavian Mixed Round 2 Weather Bias?
Rain is possible late int eh afternoon but the wind is de to blow between 8-12mph throughout the day so good scores are possible from either half of the draw.
Round 2 Outright Market Summary
Sebastian Soderberg impressed once again to open up a two shot lead at the top of the leaderboard. The Swede has been having a strong season on the DP World Tour, recording top three finishes in three of his last four. However, despite that solid bank of form, he hasn't been able to secure a first win of the season.
Soderberg is a best price of 2/1 to win from here but that's more than short enough for a player who has led after round one or round two on five occasions in the last nine months and failed to convert any of those opportunities. A solid front runner he is not and there is little appeal to backing him at the odds.
